Meghan Field Lopez, LEED AP, NCIDQ Certified
Founder, CEO

As a NCIDQ Certified Interior Designer, LEED AP, instructor of Sustainable Interiors, and an Entrepreneur, Meghan Lopez works to create beautiful, organic, environmentally responsible interiors for hospitality, commercial and residential clients. She is known for her passion for education and making sustainable design understandable, accessible and transparent. Meghan is the founder of a Web 2.0 startup called Furnicology.com, an online marketplace which brings together beautifully designed, responsible furnishings as well as providing a place for designers, consumers and manufacturers to network, gather product information and learn about sustainability.

Dan Lopez
Chief Technologist / Co-Founder

Highly creative Entrepreneur, Web Architect and seasoned Consultant in a wide variety of web business applications. With 10 years of experience, Dan has played a critical role as a leader, technology guru, and executive, he is uniquely qualified to lead change in a progressive or entreprenurial organization, and spearhead innovative and disruptive technology solutions. Dan is particularly interested in Web 2.x applications using Open Source technologies, ecommerce, and immersive media projects, as well as working closely with organizations to achieve new business paradigms on the web.

Flavia Giraldo is an Architectural Designer. She has worked in residential and commercial architecture. She has a Bachelor Degree in Architecture from California College of the Arts, and is currently working on a Professional Certificate on Sustainable Design from the University of California at Berkeley. She is a member of the American Institute of Architects, and is currently working towards her architecture license. Her professional intent goes beyond just designing; she strives to create a deeper connection between people and their environment.

Amy Swanton Mills

Amy Swanton Mills is a designer, writer and home furnishings purveyor. She is the founder of Glamour Goes Green, a boutique interior design and retail business devoted to the sale of affordable vintage and green furniture and accessories. Prior to this, Amy was an in–house designer and sales associate at Grace Home Furnishings in Brentwood Village, California. She began her design career with post-graduate work at UCLA and Harvard, and honed her writing skills with a Bachelor Degree in English and History from UCLA. She is passionate about changing our culture of disposability and waste, and seeks to share simple ways everyone can live more sustainably. She resides in Los Angeles with a husband, a horse, two dogs, a cat and three chickens.

Jennifer Davidson

Jennifer Davidson is a Sustainable Designer of interior spaces.  She is currently studying full-time for her M.F.A. in Interior Architecture & Design at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.  She also holds a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.  Jennifer has 15 years life and work experience in a variety of fields and environments, including recruitment, administration, management, sales and customer service for several multinational corporations, as well as entrepreneurial experience running her own graphic design and event production companies.  She recently answered the call for sustainable designers and became a LEED® AP in 2009.
